So, for a while I've been thinking of the daunting achievement that is 10,000 dailies complete. Even though with just doing dailies just to get things you need in the game and achievements you need in the game, being a completion freak it just kind of grinds me to see an achievement not completed. So it got me thinking, if someone really hardcore hit the dailies, now that the cap is removed, how soon could you get the achievement?
So I thought up of the crazy idea...how long would it take to get done if you did 100 dailies a day? Is it even possible to do 100 dailies a day? How long would it take? So, being a proud owner of the Insane title (pre nerf, FYI), I figured, why the hell not! Lets try it!
As of tonight, I have 3400/5000 dailies. So that means I would need to complete 1600 more dailies, or at 100 a day, 16 days. Tough, but not really bad considering some achievements that take a while. Added on to the additional 5000 needed for the next tier, that would require 50 more days of 100 dailies. Now, I really don't think that even if it is possible I'd be doing 100 dailies a day, every day. (I actually have a life.) But, I think every once in a while, when you have a cold or have a day off, it would be nice to take a decently sized chunk out of the dailies.
So, here goes!

End Time: 10:48
Overall, if I were to do this again, there are a few things I would change. Firstly, I wouldn't do the BC dailies except for the ones by Sunwell and maybe netherwing. They were far too spread out, and a lot of time was eaten up just flying from place to place. And to top it off I barely did any Pandaren dailies, and that would have been a lot more gold.
I think this is something I might revisit at a later date to try to see if I can get a better time...but I don't think I'm going to make this routine.
Now it's New Years, so I'm going to go have fun!

Klaxxi DONE!
I'm not going to lie, while I liked the story line of the Klaxxi, those were some really annoying dailies. It is nice to have them done and over with.
Like I suggested in my other post, other than doing dailies I didn't spend too much time on my main character, because I was focusing mostly on leveling my alt, which I got to 89. One more measly level, but I think it's a lot easier to level when the goal is much more clearly in sight. Once I get done with leveling that toon, I think I'm going to take a break from leveling and work on leveling the professions of my alts to get 'Master of All' (which, ironically, I've wanted to do for a couple years now but just never bothered to do.) But with my skinner/leatherworker that pretty much means I'll be leveling her since she needs to kill mobs to get leather. I have 5 professions to go, and Engineering I'm leveling from pretty much the bottom up so that is going to be an epic pain.
I'm hoping to get a good chunk of leveling done tonight, because I don't have the car tomorrow, which means since I can't go hitting the pavement for jobs, I'll be embarking on one of my crazier ideas for achievement grinding. I'll save that post for tomorrow though and get back to leveling my toon!

Finish Them! All the Cooking!
I missed my update for last night (I was not expecting the rum to be that strong...) but I did get my achievements for the day. I finally got my butt going and grinded out the 50 raw crockolisk belly that I needed to finish "Master of the Wok." (And my raiding warlock husband wanted me to farm out 100 more...in his dreams. Or maybe just later. (<3 my hubby.)) I also got my Finish Them! achievement from the August Celestial dailies. Actually we've had white temple a lot, I'm hoping to get cradle of Chi'Ji soon, because those achievements are rather RNGish too.
Speaking of RNG, I'll have to start fishing up my mimic octopi, flying tiger gourami, and spinefish alpha to work on Nat Pagle rep. That is something I'm seriously not looking forward to grinding, but hopefully the extra fish will net a profit at the AH to go towards buying some mounts. (Invincible...I will have you...someday...)
I did get my achievement for today already, but I'm going to wait to post about it just to keep things consistent. I'm also finally putting some serious mileage into my alt to finally get my two achievements from that, so I'll probably work on that for today.
Achieved:
-Finish Them!

-Master of Pandaren Cooking

(Almost) Master of the Ways
I am currently 50 raw crockolisk belly away from "Master of the Ways." For a priest that refuses to go shadow, that's a lot, so I'm going to save that for another day, but I did get "Master of the Grill," after some frustrations with farming Redbelly Mandarin. (Apparently pools don't exist in Jade Forest anymore.) Luckily there were some pools in Vale of Eternal Blossoms and they can still be fished in open river water in The Jade Forest.
I also finally finished the grind in Townlong Steppes, which means I now have no real excuse to not level my alts for the alt leveling achievements. I'm not sure when that will happen, but I hope to have a horde alt leveled sometime within the next week. (I should definitely have enough rested.)
And, to finish off the night, I got "More Dots!" (25)
On a pet note, I found another pet that isn't a part of the Pandaria Safari achievement; the Kun-Lai Runt. It's a baby yeti, super cute. I think it is definitely one of my favorites, though sadly I only got a common. I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for a rare one of these.
I'm not entirely sure about what achievements I'm going to be working towards tomorrow, but I have a half baked idea for project that I'm thinking about doing, but I think I'll save that for monday.
Achieved:
-Master of the Grill
-One Steppe Forward, Two Steppes Back

How to get Minfernal (finally!)
Today has been a pretty amazing day for pet collecting. I, finally, got my minfernal after days of sitting there and logging in onto alts.
Though, I have to admit, I took the cheap route. And to all who cherish any last remnants of sanity that they have, I suggest going this route as well. I just made a DK alt on a brazilian server (in this case, Galliwix) and then camped it in Felwood. It took me one night to get the minfernal as opposed to well over two weeks checking on an alt on my native server (which usually had at least 4 campers looking for the same pet.) I got an uncommon, but I'm not even going to start camping for a rare. A) I'm way too impatient B) I don't think it's fare to people who have been looking for this pet forever. I'd rather farm an elemental upgrade stone in Deepholm than deprive someone of hours of life looking for this pet. (It all goes towards the 1000 battle win achievement anyway.)
Speaking of ridiculously grindy achievements, I managed to get Rookie Pet Mob. And then my heart sank a little when I realized I'd have to get 45 more. And then sank even more when I realized I was going to have to do the same for level 25 pets. But, an achievement wouldn't be an achievement without it being a pain in the ass sometimes, so it'll be something I'll get eventually.
But I'm also pleased to have achieved the 400 unique pet achievement, which rewards Venus, an elemental pet. While cool, the huge nose on the pet freaks me out a little bit. Yeah, it might be the vodka talking. (And after a while of sitting there, it just plays dead. Weird.)
All in all, not sure what I'll be going towards tomorrow, and the night is still young. But I'll have a lot to do in pesky IRL (going to be applying to a lot of jobs hopefully), so WoW will probably take a backseat. So, not looking towards anything spectacular tomorrow.
Achieved:
-Rookie Pet Mob
-The Golden Lotus
-That's a Lot of Pet Food
Edit:
After a little bit more of playing, I also finished gathering all the pets from Pandaria. Looks like I'm running out of easy pet achievements to do. But I'm pretty stoked about my Jade Tentacal!
Achieved:
-Time to Open a Pet Store
-Pandaria Safari

Loner and a Rebel (and a little lazy too)
Well, as far as WoW life goes, it was a pretty lazy day. Just did some dailies, which managed to get me Loner and a Rebel. I think it is very important to note, that you don't actually have to be a loner for this one, I did the entire achievement while in a group with my husband, and it all still counted (you just have to be sure to not have a pandaren follower with you.)
I also began working on finishing Townlong Steppes. I really need to get leveling my horde toon (which is 88) but I still am having a terrible time finding motivation to level, despite the achievement and the flying which will help my farming immensely. Ah well.
As for tomorrows plans, I plan to get over my bad haircut, and I am hoping that I will finally get Golden Lotus Exalted. I am really really looking forward to getting that done and over with.

Merry Christmas!
Despite the running around, I did manage to get the one achievement I was worried about for the Winter Veil Holiday: A-Caroling We Will Go. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to get it since I didn't get the gaudy winter sweater last year, but luckily it was on a vendor so I could buy it. And getting the achievement proved to be a piece of cake.
And while doing dailies I managed to accidentally get 'Fire in the Yaung-hole!' Accidental achievements are always the best.

Raiding with Leashes COMPLETE!
Merry Christmas to me! Lol...but seriously, since I've already had brood rep done ages ago, and then farming the red bug, I'm glad to never have to go into AQ again. But I do have to say, the Anubisath pet is well worth the grind.
On top of that, I continued my tamer trek onto Northrend after finally killing the final Outland tamer (hint: don't bother trying it without at least one 25...you'll bash your head into the wall) and I've determined that from the last tamer in Northrend on, you'll actually have to have a decent team make up. So I'll be working on getting more than 3 25s. But honestly, I haven't found the pet grind to 25 too bad if you make sure to not let your pets die. The best trick I used for leveling was a) find out what pets your pet is strong against then b) have that pet solo. If one pet takes down a group of 25s, at level 24 that was netting me around 400 experience, and that'll get the pet leveled in no time.
Pretty soon I'll start having to branch out into other achievement panes, but for now pet farming has been fun. I don't know what the game plan is for tomorrow, but I know I'll be busy going to two Christmases tomorrow, as well as updating my resume/cover letters, so I'll have to find something to achieve in the small amount of time that I have.
Merry Christmas Eve to all WoWers!

Last minute achievement!
Well, despite my going away, I still managed to fit in my one achievement a day goal. I slid in at last minute with "Taming the Great Outdoors" by starting my Outland tamer quests. I was planning on having my "Taming Outland" achievement before the clock hit 12, but I hit a bit of a snag on the last trainer, so that one will probably go on tomorrow's roster.
Other than that, holiday visiting was good.

Eastern Kingdoms Safari and Taming
Woot! I'm done with EK! For good!
I got my Restless Shadeling with no fuss. I actually got a rare with no problem, though I had to clear out both areas to find one. And that earned me Eastern Kingdoms Safari. Man, it feels really good to have that out of the way. (Though I still need to get that stupid singing sunflower thing. I've been putting that off for...years...)
Also, in the process, about 5 minutes after midnight I earned "Taming Eastern Kingdoms." Though I spent about ten minutes confused as hell because on my horde toon it said I completed Kalimdor (which I haven't), and on my alliance toon it says I completed EK, (which I did.) So like any normal nerd I just googled it an found out that, indeed, it is bugged, though I think Blizzard is trying to trick us into thinking it's intentional or something. Oh well, either way it doesn't interfere with other achievements getting done so oh well.
I would maybe start more achievements, but I still have packing to do which is going to get done at 4 am since I have to leave with the hubby and the puppies at 6 for christmasy things. And I have a migraine, which means I'm sleep deprived. So, I'm going to steal more sleep. As I said before, there is a good chance I won't get back in time to get my daily achievement for Sunday, but its Christmas and family time, so I'm just going to be okay with that.

Cleaning up Eastern Kingdoms and CRZ woes
Despite the fact that I should be packing (I'm halfway done...sort of...), I finally got the resolve to sit and clean up all of the needed achievements for EK pet battling. After way too much time spent camping the Twilight Fiendling and the Scorpling, I am poised to get Eastern Kingdoms Safari at 3 am when the Restless Shadelings spawn. And being bored while camping said pets also netted me "Quality and Quantity." (Not to mention "Eastern Kingdoms Tamer.")
It'll be nice to cross the entire continent off the list. Obviously I'll have to wait until Summer for Qiraji Guardling to spawn, not to mention a few years to get the overly camped Minfernal. As for right now, I'm going to defeat all the EK battle tamers just so I can say I am completely done with eastern kingdoms come 3AM this morning.

Win Against Cataclysm! And Winning against Insomnia!
A testament to the OPness of healing pets against random world critters, I began my conquering and collecting of Cataclysm pets, and luckily got my achievement in rather quick order. There's not much else to say since, as said in my previous post, tonight is an early night. I took my NyQuil and will bore myself to sleepy land collecting and leveling pets, and hopefully earn a good night's rest after 48 hours awake.

Win against Northrend; Lose against Insomnia
I battle pet conquered Northrend! (Almost...if it weren't for CRZ...) I was pleased to find that my minimal day to day attention to my pets proved to be enough to get Northrend Tamer without much of a fuss. However, much to my displeasure, I found that "Northrend Safari" is going to take a lot more patience and wasting time, due to the CRZ camping of Scourged whelpling. I hate to be a nag, but there's nothing really god I can say about CRZ, and this just adds to the pile of "annoying as hell." But, enough of the negative.
However, I was extremely defeated by insomnia, and I'll have to remedy that tonight since tomorrow is the last day of my externship, and it's best not to spend that last day hallucinating and delirious from lack of sleep. But I still plan on getting my achievement...then taking a nyquil and sleeping like a baby.
But, soon my chain of achieving will come to a temporary halt as I will be visiting family for christmas...and said family does not have internet. But I think all sane people and those who pretend to be sane can agree that Christmas and family trumps all pointless goals, so I will be giving myself a pass for the two or three days I will be gone.
Back to the game! Don't get eaten by zombies or Mayan cat gods!

Worst Tuesday ever
And there wasn't even any maintenance.
It had more to do with what was going on outside the realms of WoW land, but oh well, what you going to do? (Too bad it was my only day off with holiday tripping and visiting etc)
I ran a little low on the achievement count for a day off, but I managed to knock out a few of the pet achievements (they seem to be a bit of an addiction for me). Now the ones left after the ones I got are a little bit grindy in nature, but I've already started working on them.
Though on a happy note I got the last Naxxramas pet, so the only reason I'll ever need to go back there is to just get my last two 25 man achievements.
Well, that is all for tonight, due to the upheaval of badness that happened today, I'm going to go to bed early, especially since I have an 11 hour shift after waking up at 6 am. No clue what achievement(s) I'll be going after tomorrow, I guess it will be a surprise!

Outland complete!
As I guessed, my pets were high enough level to take on all of the Outland achievements. :) I didn't get rares of each type, but it's been a rough day so I think I'm going to laze out a bit.
I got a little bit aggressive and tried to go after my northrend achievements next. Lets just say I'm back in Winterspring, working on my Kalimdor achievements. XD (Though I did get one pet from Northrend! It just happened to feel like pulling teeth.) For the record, I'm looking everywhere for this Snowy Owl and I can't find it. :(
Luckily, I got the two Outland achievements before the clock struck 12 (eastern) so I made my goal for that day. I think I'm going to keep working on pet achievements for Tuesday's achievement, but sooner or later I really have to get on those dailies.

The pet grind (yay outland!)
I didn't get to post yesterday, but I did get my achievement! (Despite having the whole day off, I admit to only getting one lousy achievement.)
I finally got some pets high enough level to trudge into Outland and capture my sporeling sprout for Family Reunion. (And scored myself a flayer too!)
Tonight, I'll be continuing my Outland pet trudge, not sure how many achievements I will get, but I plan on at least getting my winning 10 pvp battle achievement. :)
Well, off to pet battling!

HOORAY PETS and Raiding
Today has actually been an extremely lucky day for getting pets for my Raiding with Leashes achievement. I obtained all the BWL pets, I have all but Maexnna's pet, and in AQ 40 I got all the pets except Twin Emps (but I haven't killed them yet, since my sorry disc ass can't solo them.) And as previously said in another post, I'm already done with Molten Core, so I'd say that's pretty good progress.
Other than that, I cleaned up a few more achievements for the Wrath raids. Next week I'm hoping to start some of the 25 man raid achievements.
In other news, it seems that I will most likely be entering the job hunting phase soon (graduating on the 21st!), so there will be less time for WoW. But I'm still hoping to keep up with the one achievement a day goal, but I'll be stressed and worried sick until I find a job, so hopefully I'll find something quick.
That's about all for tonight, since I have a paper to write.
Achieved:
-Denyin' the Scion (25 man)
-Spore Loser (10 man)
-Not One, But Two Jormungars (10 man)
-Take Out the Turrets (10 man)
-But I'm on Your Side (10 man)
-Rubble and Roll (10 player)

Archy and Fishing
Despite the fact that I got off relatively early today, I decided to go ahead and just work towards my Pandaren Angler achievment; and I got it with the Spinefish Alpha. I was expecting it to take a while but it actually only took about 30 casts, but I wouldn't hold my breath for such luck as I progress to try and complete the Nat Pagle achievement.
Today though, I found out that the Pandaria archaeology achievements might really not be that bad. I excavated 3 sites, solved 3 artifacts, and yet somehow managed to get two achievements I was totally not even going for. And the great thing about Pandaria archaeology is the fact that I can turn in my solved pieces for fragments of other races...which means I'm going to be doing Tol'Vir until I get the mount. Assuming that can even happen (3 solves in and no mount.)
Anyways, happy weekend, I'm sleepy, so I better get to bed. Tomorrow is raid day, so hopefully there will be a lot more raid achievements to report!

Pandaren Delicacies and sleeeeeeeeeeeeep
Tonight was another cheap night I'm afraid. I basically just hit the AH and did some fishing and got Pandaren Delicacies. It's one of those ones that I just never really bothered to get out of the way yet, so I guess it's nice to see my normally full "General" page slowly get done.
Luckily, even though I'm mentally, emotionally, and physically COMPLETELY exhausted, tomorrow is the start of my weekend. The only thing I really have planned for this weekend is knocking out a few achievements from old school raids. I really need to get on leveling my alt for Dynamic Duo and Double Agent. I really don't know why leveling is so hard this time around, even with my first character it felt like pulling teeth.
Though despite the on/offness of my playing this week, I am very happy to have gotten all my Molten Core pets. Sure they might have been the easiest to obtain, but at least that is one whole instance run off my plate. Now I just need a way to get my alts to solo Razergore.
Anyways, its sleep time. Happy Achievement hunting!

Un-Zen Pet hunter
Well, as predicted, yesterday I was pretty much too tired to do too much WoW related, but I still got my goal in with Zen Pet Hunter. I also found some pretty cheap ways to cheese through the rare pet achievements, so I suppose if I ever get desperate to get Quality and Quantity I could always just run around spam battling/surrendering to all the critters I can find, but I'll save that for later, and I think I'll just genuinely try to get a rare of everything.
That said, I'm not sure what achievement I'm going to try for tonight. While today was a better day at work, I'm still pretty burned out from all aspects of life, but a goal is a goal, and achievers don't quit. Only one more day until weekend!

MANY WHELPS and the pet grind.
Despite the day off (which I treated like a real day off...with most of my time napping on the couch or cleaning), today was another low key achievement day. With the reset of the instances, I got my Ony and Kara runs for my main out of the way and finished up my 10 man many whelps achievement. I also finally got rid of that Guo-Lai vault key in my bag, since I just hit revered with Golden Lotus (I know, months late.)
For the most part, I've been focusing on the pet grind today (meaning battle pets.) One big accomplishment is getting all of my Molten Core pets, so that means no more runs for that place for a long while, woot! I haven't run any of the other instances this week, so lets hope for luck there. I've also been putting in some leg work, cleaning up some of the left over pets I have yet to catch in both Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms. I may be doing the grind a lot slower than some WoW battle pet aficionados, but I'm optimistic that I will soon be able to graduate to Outland pets.
No plans for what achievements to do tomorrow, though there is a good chance it may be pet related. Good night world!

Legend of the Brewfathers
As I expected for yesterday, I ended up a little bit too tired to play more than maybe half an hour, but I did get my achievement done. I knocked out "Legend of the Brewfathers," which was pretty easy, you just fly to three statues.
I'll probably make another Tuesday update in a bit. :)

Lorewalkers Exalted
As planned, I got my Lorewalkers Exalted achievement, and all the achievements associated with the reputation. I have to say, I really enjoyed all the little story cinematics Lorewalker Cho put my character through upon handing in all my quest items. And I actually kind of like the cloud mount.
I'm not really sure what achievement I'm planning on for tomorrow. Unfortunately tomorrow I not only have to get up at 5am for work, it is a 12 hour work day with a commute, so I will most likely not want to be playing WoW when I get home. However, despite this, I keep to my goal and get at least one achievement, no matter how easy or cheap it will end up being.
Achieved:
-The Song of the Yaunglol
-Heart of the Mantid Swarm
-What is Worth Fighting For
-Ballad of Liu Lang
-The Dark Heart of the Mogu
-Fish Tails
-The Seven Burdens of Shaohao

Scenaturday and Ulduar
I missed my update yesterday (I decided to go to bed) but I did get my achievements for yesterday, I actually got a lot done yesterday. On top of Scenaturday (which netted me a bunch of achievements on it's own since I've been a lazy queue-er), I did a whirlwind tour of almost all the Wrath raids, which meant I cleaned up a few of the leftover ten man achievements and broke 13k achievements. Which would have been more awesome if I didn't realize I probably should be in the 18k club now, but I'll get there!
I do have to say one thing about the title for Scenaturday though...the Scenaturdist...I dunno, I don't think I'd ever be able to wear a title that has 'turd' right in the middle.
Today I think I'm going to take it a little more easy (and get some housecleaning done.) For a while I've been putting off getting Lorewalkers exalted. Not only is it easy and net you a lot of achievements, there's really great guides to getting it all over, my favorite being http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2CZGTMJMcD4 , from Syigamer.
Well, that's all for a short update of what I did yesterday. New update soon!

Naxxramas and Gardening
Finally, after a long while of forgetting to plant my garden a few days and just plain slacking off on others, I finally got the "Listen to the Drunk Fish" achievement. (Without ever paying the damn fish a cent.)
Personally, I'm a stingy player. If it isn't a mount or a rare pet I'm not going to spend a lot of gold on it. (Because, you know, some day I'm going to buy Invincible. And it went for gold cap last time so I don't have any gold to spend on advice.) So I just planted a different seed in each patch, and just stopped planting them as I got the needed plants for the achievement. My last plant to hold out was the damn red blossom leeks. I don't think I'll even ever use them. (Wonder if they'll sell.)
In other good news, despite my regrettable loss of several mount with my transfer, after finally being not lazy and raising my Tushui Pandaran reputation to exalted, I got my 150 mount achievement and mypuke colored Jade Kite. In sad news, I bought a whole bunch of mounts I was holding out on to save gold for my Invincible fund, so I am now poor again. But, gold can always be made back again, so I'll be busy sitting on the AH, selling all the stuff I let pile up (and red blossom leeks.)
Tonight, on top of my Plant stuff achievement, while farming my pets my husband kindly assisted me with a few of the left over achievements I had from Naxxrammas 10. (Don't worry, he is well rewarded ;) ) I finished "The Dedicated Few", "The Safety Dance", "Shocking", and "And They All Go Down Together." Unfortunately we oopsed and killed a spore at Lotheb (and, ironically, the only boss that dropped a pet) so we'll have to go back and get that next week, but over all I'm thrilled to finally have those off the massive "to do" list that is the achievements page.
When I logged in for the first time on 5.1, I also found that I had earned my "Beloved" title for getting 160 achievements. While I appreciate the achievement, I was surprised that it was nerfed down from 170. Even though I got it, I'm not letting myself off the hook. The two hardest achievements I have left for this one (and really, all reputations) is Silverwing Sentinels and the League of Arathor reputations. I'm not really much of a PvPer, and word on the street is that priests are getting eaten alive. But, really, I'm neither a hardcore PvPer nor a FoTM player, so I'll just take it as it is and work slowly towards my achievement. I think I'm going to try and avoid getting burned out by setting a goal of one win per day of each battleground, except during Holiday weekends, in which I don't want to waste the reputation boost.
As for tonight, I think I will try to get one additional achievement tonight. Since I have tomorrow off, and Scenaturday is fixed, I'm going to get my Dustwallow Marsh quest achievement done, just in case doing the Theramore scenario makes it impossible to get all 60 quests. (Not going to lie though, this Loremaster dies a little inside seeing all those unfinished achievements.)
Well, off to questing and PvPing, happy weekend achievement hunting to all!

Even with only a few minutes play time (work is killer) I managed to squeeze in two achievements. I finally finished one of the daily grinds, "The Anglers." It will be a relief to have one set of dailies done (but now I have no excuse to keep procrastinating on Golden Lotus dailies.)

One achievement a day!
Though achievements is probably the thing I enjoy most about wow, one thing is painfully obvious: I am far behind most achievement whores. While I do not regret it (remember, RL>WoW), my hiatus to focus on school has left me far behind most farmers (at a measly 12545 points.)
So, in order to get me back in the game, I have decided that I am going to, at the very least, strive to get one achievement a day. I currently sit at 1176/1850 achievements, so it seems like a fun way to try to keep whittling down the numbers.
Achievement for today: Time for a Leash!

Things to do on a Tuesday.
Tuesdays always present a dilemma to the hopelessly WoW addicted. Now, as a disclaimer, I actually advocate going out and getting some fresh air...but we all know that sometimes the outdoors can be scary.
The ironic dilemma is while I am blessed with an awesome schedule that almost always gives me Tuesdays off...that leaves me with a few hours of non-WoW time. Actually, that's probably a good thing because it makes me bored enough to actually do housework but I digress.
Whether it's my borderline OCD brain or just a love of organization and order (hides packrat bank) one thing that has consistently slaked my WoW addiction in times when WoW just isn't available is going through achievements and creating itineraries and to-do lists to get achievements done that I haven't yet accomplished. This may seem just like busy work or something rather useless, but I actually attribute keeping a few shreds of my sanity through my "Insane in the Membrane" grind through streamlining my progress through checklists and goals set for myself.
My current goal for today is listing down all of the pets I have yet to capture for each of my Safari achievements. Going through the list, I'm actually surprised how many critters I missed in zones I thought I thoroughly combed. For this particular task, I recommend using the achievements page through either the WoW official website, or using the now FREE phone app, which makes this a great time killer on the bus or waiting in the doctors office orslow times at the office. After I make the whole list, I go to http://www.warcraftpets.com/ which has a complete list of all the pets, as well as helpful information in the comments, without really annoying adds that slow down the computer and scare the crap out of you with loud noises. (Okay, maybe that's just me.)
Anyway, good luck to surviving Tuesday, and see you online!

Hallow's End
I think the most annoying thing about Holiday Achievements is that you have to wait possibly all year in order to complete all of the achievements. But luckily, Hallow's End is one of the WoW holidays in which I have achievements that need completed, so I will be looking forward to completing those!
Looking at my achievements page, I have a total of 50 points left for this holiday, in particular, the infamous [A Mask for All Occasions], [Tricks and Treats of Northrend], [Tricks and Treats of Cataclysm], and [Tricks and Treats of Pandaria]. I was extremely happy to read that [A Mask for All Occasions] has changed so that they are now buyable from a vendor with [Tricky Treats], which will be amazing since I only have four left. The rest seem like they will be easily done in a few, if not less, hours.
My other big goal will be to obtain the Horseman's Mount, which has evaded my grasp due to my apparently bad Hallow's End luck. So wish me luck this year!

WoW Raid Mounts! (Via the Black Market Auction House)
I have discovered that this expansion has really done a great service to mount collectors via the Black Market Auction House.
The Black Market Auction House is an auction house that has different items placed into it (via Non-player characters.) The most noteable things I have seen in it were level 90 epics (PvP gear) as well as level 60 tier sets for transmogrification. But (as evidenced by my title) the most exciting feature of the auction house is the fact that it sells hard to get raid mounts.
Since launch, I have only personally noticed there being two raid mounts, the Azure Drake and the Drake of the South Wind (Malygos 25 and Al'Akir 25, respectively.) All of the items in the auction house are a bid only status, so they are bound to go for crazy amounts of gold, but it opens up a great avenue for mount collectors who don't necessarily always have the guild available to do mount farming runs. There have also been pets that are instance drops (such as the phoenix hatchling). I know I am personally going to be saving up my coppers for Invincible. :)
Normally on my mount collecting endeavors, I buy the mounts as they become available (such as all the reputation mounts.) However with this new addition, it definitely pays to save up in order to snag some of these mounts that are bound to go for 6 digits. (The last two on my server went for 350k+) It might be too high a price for some, but if you have your heart set on a specific mount, this is extremely welcome news.
So, happy mount (and gold) farming everyone!

Well, after a hiatus due to school, I have decided to go ahead and give Mists of Pandaria a try. Since I still have four weeks of school left over, I will be making slow progress since I am now in my hardest term, but otherwise it still feels good to be back. :)
As of now, I don't think I'm going to be looking to raid hardcore or anything like I used to, but I will be focusing on the one aspect of WoW that has addicted me since its implementation: Achievements.
I used the free faction transfer from a friend, and sadly it got rid of a lot of my mounts. That was a huge disappointment, but I have already got most of them back. The two main mounts I lost that upset me was my Black War Mammoth from VoA, and my Black War Bear from the achievement from slaying all of the town faction leaders. As of now, I don't know if I can get the Alliance equivalent since my achievement shows that it is already done, but at the very least it counts towards my total mount count for achievements.
In this blog, I will be posting my achievement goals/completions, as well as some guides to help out any other achievement whores out there. If there are any questions, I would also be happy to answer or research anything, just leave the question in a comment and I'll see if I can help anyone out. :)
That is about all for now, happy achievement hunting everyone!
